Problem with CPanel to Sentora

Hi guy,

I currently have couple sites on a hostgator and plan on migrating them to a sentora VM I have local. 
Im not 100% on how to migrate the mail from hostgator(CPanel) to Sentora.... 
Yes I know how to update MX records etc but how to move physical mail files.... Any ideas?
