I can't seem to get the Domain Authentication keys set up in zPanel. I'm using Mailchimp to send email campaigns and have entered in DNS for the domain concerned:
CNAME = Host Name: k1._domainkey Target: dkim.mcsv.net
TXT =Host Name: @ Target: v=spf1 include
ervers.mcsv.net ?all
SPF = Host Name: @ Target: v=spf1 include
ervers.mcsv.net ?all
However when trying to verify the domain via Mailchimp I keep getting the error:
We tried to verify your DNS changes and did not detect the right values. Remember that DNS changes can take 24-48 hours to propagate through the internet.
DKIM: CNAME record for k1._domainkey.mydomain.co.uk pointing to dkim.mcsv.net not found.
SPF: TXT record containing 'include
ervers.mcsv.net' not found.
Setting up DKIM in zPanel seems to be overly complicated. Can anyone help?
Thanks
John
