PHP update?

Hello happy to see that zpanel still allive here

I am new but i used long time zpanel private for my websites
for example now i make my photogallery with imagevue and till now php5.2 was ok for my zpanel 10.1 on my windows OS10
but now the software need minimum php5.3
how can i update to a higher php version?

btw is it useful to change from zpanel to Sentora?
at the moment i have less time but i would do sooner or later but only with OS windows because linux i never used really
